You will be able to alter passwords, to create backups and to even log into the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin database administration tools.

It is very important to make routine backups of your databases to secure your website content and to steer clear of any unexpected data loss. With the Database Manager, creating a database backup is extremely easy. Simply press the Backup button next to the database you want to back up and you will be instantly taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your newly created database backup file.
MySQL and PgSQL Databases
The number of PgSQL and/or MySQL databases that you can set up varies depending on the hosting package that you have chosen.
